| TITLE | Self-Similar Solutions of Incompressible Navier-Stokes Equations (I) |
| ABSTRACT |
(1) Self-similar solutions and Leray's system: Energy and scaling of Navier-Stokes system, self-similar (SS) and discretely self-similar (DSS) solutions, similarity variables and Leray's equations, overview of properties.
(2) Backward self-similar solutions: We will show the nonexistence of SS solutions with finite local energy, and discuss the significance of the DSS case. |
