| TITLE | Partial Regularity for Suitable Weak Solutions to the Fractional Navier-Stokes Equations |
| ABSTRACT | In this talk, we consider a special nonlocal model-the Fractional Navier-Stokes Equations, where the power s of the negative Laplacian satisfies: 3/4 < s < 1. We define the suitable weak solutions and show that for any suitable weak solution, the (5-4s)-dimentional Hausdorff measure of its singular set is zero. |
