TITLEReilly's Formula on Static Manifolds And its Application to Quasilocal Mass

ABSTRACT Reilly's formula has played an important role in the study of boundary effects on manifolds with nonnegative Ricci curvature. In the first half of the talk, I will present a Reilly's type formula on static manifolds recently discovered by Junfang Li and Chao Xia (arxiv 1603.02201). The second half starts with a review of the Positive Mass Theorem in General Relativity. Then I will introduce the quasilocal mass defined by Mu-Tao Wang and Yau and discuss an application of Li-Xia's new formula (arxiv 1604.02983, joint with Po-Ning Chen, Mu-Tao Wang and Yau).
