TITLE	Quantum Toroidal Algebra and the Skein Algebra of a Marked Surface
ABSTRACT	In this talk, we will quickly review the general construction of the Hall algebra associated to a finitary abelian category and state the results we have known before. We will then provide a Hall algebra realization of the quantum toroidal algebra of type A and make links to the low-dimensional topology, in the sense of the structures of various skein algebras of marked surfaces.
