Announcements
- 9/24/2014: TA (Chia-Jung Chang) office hours moved to WEDNESDAY 15:00~17:00 (at the same location Math Bldg. 205)
- 9/24/2014: Homework 1 due date changed to WEDNESDAY 10/1/2014. However, Homework 2 is still due on Friday, 10/3/2014.
- 9/26/2014: Make sure you turn your homework in to the instructor PERSONALLY, preferably in class. Any homework left on my desk or mailbox will NOT be accepted.
- 10/3/2014: Note that the shorter HW3 is due on WEDNESDAY, October 3, as we have no class on October 10 in observance of Taiwan Independence Day.
- 10/29/2014: The class on November 14 9:10-10:00 is moved to November 17 11:10-12:00.
- 10/29/2014: Problems on 4.3 in Homework 6 are moved to Homework 7 to be posted soon.
- 10-31/2014: Please have a look on the updated exam 1 info below at the Exam section. It contains information on your exam location and adds topics on extreme values of functions into exam 1.
- 11/5/2014: I am sorry that I forgot to bring graded Homework 6 to class today. Please come to my office anytime on Wednesday or Thursday to pick it up.
- 12/3/2014: Exam 2 will be held on 12/26. More info to be posted soon.
- 12/17/2014: Class on 12/24 (WED) is extended to a 3 hour lecture 10:00-13:00.
- 12/30/2014: Please fill out teaching evaluation here.
- 1/21/2015: The final exams have been graded. You may review your graded exam by PERSONALLY coming to my office. The final average of the entire course will be submitted on 1/28/2015. No change can be made after that.
If you are not able to come to my office, please email me BEFORE 1/28/2015.
- 1/21/2015: We've already assigned partial credits generously and checked carefully for consistency. Therefore, we will not process request to add more partial credit. The only acceptable appeal is to return points incorrectly taken
away.
- 1/28/2015: I will ONLY discuss grades with students IN PERSON. Please do not ask for grade related information over any other means.
